- Preheat the oven to 200 * C and heat the baking tray well in the oven.

- In a large bowl sift flour, baking powder and baking soda, add yogurt, eggs, sugar, oil and creme fraiche
- Using a climber, make the mixture free of lumps. The mixture should be thicker than the pancake mixture

- Carefully remove the hot tin from the oven and add the oil to cover the bottom of the tin
- The oil in the tin should be very hot, so if it is necessary to heat the tin with oil on a gas burner
- Pour the prepared mixture into a tin. Hot oil bubbles should appear around the mixture
TIPS and TRICKS The size of the sheet is 35x30 cm. May be a smaller baking sheet, but then the cake will be thicker. -
- Quickly spread the berries on the surface. If it is sour, sprinkle it with 1-2 tablespoons of sugar
