Bolognese sauce with pasta

- In a deep frying pan on a little oil, sauté the onion over a medium heat until slightly softened
- Add sliced carrots and celery and simmer for another 5 minutes
- Add the sausage cut into cubes and bake to add the aroma
- Add garlic, thyme, basil and bay leaf and fry briefly

- Add the meat, then chop it with a woodwn spoon and fry until it gets colored
- Add salt and red paprika
- When the meat gets brown add the salsa or tomato sauce to stop frying and continue to cook the sauce

- If necessary, add a little water, cover and let it simmer for 45 minutes
- Try the sauce and season to taste. The sauce should be thick but not dry
- Add the cooking cream and mix well

- Cover and cook for another 1-2 min

- Serve with pasta of your choice
