Cauliflower chilli
Description
Cauliflower chilli, Yep… one of my favourites…served with grilled polenta and spicy yogurt.

- Chop the washed and sliced cauliflower into small pieces in a food processor

- In a deep frying pan, sauté the onion in a little oil to soften
- Add sliced peppers, fry briefly
- Add sliced chili peppers, the amount you want,salt and garlic, fry them briefly
- Add the chopped cauliflower

- Add smoked paprika and cocoa, mix them well and fry
- Add salsa or tomato sauce and, if necessary, a little water to cover the cauliflower
- Drain the beans, rinse and add to cauliflower

- Cook covered for 10 minutes or until cauliflower is soft and liquid evaporates. The dish should be thick.
- Try the dish and season to taste
- Add chopped parsley

- Serve with grilled polenta and yogurt
