• 100 g melted butter
• 500 g phyllo pastry
• 1 kg pitted cherries
• 2 cup amaretti cookies

Instructions

1. • Coat the crust with melted butter and put another crust on it, which you also coat with butter
   • Arrange the cherries on the shorter side of the crust and sprinkle with crushed cookies
   • Bend the crust in the strudel starting from the side where the stuffing is
   • Repeat the process with the remaining phyllo
2. • Bake in a preheated oven at 200 * C until the crust turns brown
