I often make this brownie recipe as a cake. Especially when I need something very chocolatey, like for example a birthday cake for chocolate lovers…with some chocolate ganache cream…it always works!
This time the occasion was Valentine’s Day, and an opportunity to play with decorating.

- Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl set over barely simmering water, cool down for a few minutes.
- Beat the eggs with both types of sugar until foamy.

- Using a spatula, gradually mix in the sifted flour and cocoa.
- Add salt and vanilla aroma.
- Add melted chocolate with butter.

Line a cake mold (diameter of 26 cm) or a deeper baking sheet with baking paper.

Pour the prepared mixture.

Place in the oven at 180°C for about 30 min.
