This is one of those recipes or better to say an idea ​​how to turn leftovers into a tasty and interesting meal… And with only few ingredients you can prepare a quick and nutritious meal. The ideas are different, it depends on what is in the fridge… and what needs to be used 🙂 Here I used the leftovers of roasted turkey, which I complemented with white beans and mozzarella. And wrapped in a tortilla… and here’s lunch!

    • Bake briefly in a preheated oven to melt the cheese.
