Description

Cauliflower chilli, Yep… one of my favourites…served with grilled polenta and spicy yogurt.

Ingredients
  • 1 onion
  • 2 red pepper
  • 1 chili pepper (quantity to taste)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 cauliflower (larger)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cocoa
  • 1 cup salsa (or tomato sauce)
  • 1 can brown beans (small can)
  • salt to taste
Instructions
    • Chop the washed and sliced ​​cauliflower into small pieces in a food processor

    • In a deep frying pan, sauté the onion in a little oil to soften
    • Add sliced ​​peppers, fry briefly
    • Add sliced ​​chili peppers, the amount you want,salt and garlic, fry them briefly
    • Add the chopped cauliflower
    • Add smoked paprika and cocoa, mix them well and fry
    • Add salsa or tomato sauce and, if necessary, a little water to cover the cauliflower
    • Drain the beans, rinse and add to cauliflower
    • Cook covered for 10 minutes or until cauliflower is soft and liquid evaporates. The dish should be thick.
    • Try the dish and season to taste
    • Add chopped parsley
    • Serve with grilled polenta and yogurt
