- For the coating, mix the yogurt, oil, egg and salt well
- For the filling, mix the cheese, eggs and salt

- Cut the phyllo pastry in half on the shorter side
- Coat the cuted phyllo
- Fold the sides towards middle to join
- Place a full teaspoon of the filling on the bottom edge of the phyllo

- Lift the side of the phyllo where filling set and bend it diagonally to get a triangle
- Continue to bend the triangle all the way to the top. You need to get a neat, closed triangle.
- Repeat the process with all the phyllo pastry

- Coat the triangles with the remaining coating and sprinkle with seeds as desired
- Bake at 180°C until golden brown
