    • For the filling, mix the cheese, eggs and salt
    • Cut the phyllo pastry in half on the shorter side
    • Coat the cuted phyllo
    • Fold the sides towards middle to join
    • Place a full teaspoon of the filling on the bottom edge of the phyllo
    • Lift the side of the phyllo where filling set and bend it diagonally to get a triangle
    • Continue to bend the triangle all the way to the top. You need to get a neat, closed triangle.
    • Repeat the process with all the phyllo pastry
