For the filling

Instructions
For the coating, mix the yogurt, oil, egg and salt well
For the filling, mix the cheese, eggs and salt
Cut the phyllo pastry in half on the shorter side
Coat the cuted phyllo
Fold the sides towards middle to join
Place a full teaspoon of the filling on the bottom edge of the phyllo
Lift the side of the phyllo where filling set and bend it diagonally to get a triangle
Continue to bend the triangle all the way to the top. You need to get a neat, closed triangle.
Repeat the process with all the phyllo pastry
Coat the triangles with the remaining coating and sprinkle with seeds as desired
Bake at 180°C until golden brown
