Ingredients
  • 3 tsp olive oil
  • 240 g ocijeÄ‘enogdrained cooked chickpeas kuhanog slanutka
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp smoked peppers
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 3 tsp butter
  • 500 g champignons
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/3 tsp chilli pieces
  • 200 ml tomato sauce
  • 3 tsp grated parmesan
  • 500 g pasta (of your choice)
Instructions
    • Fry the drained chickpeas in olive oil until golden brown.
    • In a small ceramic bowl, mix salt, smoked paprika and oregano.
    • Add the fried chickpeas to the spice mixture and mix well.
    • Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, drain and save a cup of water from cooking the dough.
    • In a non-stick pan, fry the champignons in butter until golden brown.
    • Add chili and thyme and stir in the sauce, and if necessary, add water from cooking the dough to dilute the sauce.
    • Add the cooked dough to the sauce, mix well, add the parmesan and season to taste.
    • Finally add the fried chickpeas and serve with a seasonal salad.
