- Cook the rice in salted water for half the allotted time
- Clean the kale, cut into smaller pieces and cook for 5 min

- Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites into a stiff batter
- Coat the oven dish with butter and sprinkle with some bread crumbs
- In a large bowl, mix well the rice, kale, meat, egg yolks and vegeta (salt and peper)

- Add the beaten egg whites, stirring gently with a spatula, preferably 2-3 times
- The mixture should be airy and foamy

- Carefully pour the mixture into the prepared oven dish, flatten and sprinkle with the remaining bread crumbs and parmesan

- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 * C for about 30-35 minutes until golden brown and crispy
