- Mix the yeast with 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of flour and 3 tablespoons of milk and leave to activate, about 15 minutes
- Mix flour and salt
- Add the rest of the sugar, butter, eggs and activated yeast and knead a smooth dough. Leave to proof until it doubles in volume
