Ingredients

2 eggs
12 tablespoons sugar
12 tablespoons oil
12 g baking powder
16 tablespoons flour
12 tablespoons milk
Fruit of your choice (fresh, frozen or compote)

Instructions

- Whisk eggs and sugar until light
- Add oil to the mixture and mix well
- Add flour and baking powder, combine
- Gradually pour in the milk and combine well
- Coat a deeper baking sheet or mold with oil and sprinkle with flour
- Pour in the mixture and flatten
- Arrange fruits of your choice
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 min
