Old fashion tablespoon cake… with pears…so simple but so tasty.

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 tablespoons sugar
  • 12 tablespoons oil
  • 12 g baking powder
  • 16 tablespoons flour
  • 12 tablespoons milk
  • Fruit of your choice (fresh, frozen or compote)
Instructions
    • Whisk eggs and sugar until light
    • Add oil to the mixture and mix well
    • Add flour and baking powder, combine
    • Gradually pour in the milk and combine well
    • Coat a deeper baking sheet or mold with oil and sprinkle with flour
    • Pour in the mixture and flatten
    • Arrange fruits of your choice
    • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 min
