- In a deep frying pan, sauté the onion in a little oil to soften it
- Add sliced red bell pepper to the onion and simmer briefly
- Add sliced chili peppers, coriander and oregano and fry briefly to release aroma
- Cut the leftover meat into smaller pieces

- When the peppers soften add the sliced meat and ground red paprika
- Pour in the tomato sauce, adding a little water if necessary to cover the meat

- Add the washed and drained beans
- Season to taste
- Cover and cook over low heat for 25 min
