Ingredients
  • 1 onion
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • Chili peppers to taste
  • 1/3 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/3 teaspoon dry oregano
  • Roast pork leftovers (ham)
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red paprika
  • 300 ml tomato (or salsa sauce)
  • 1 can beans
Preparation
    • In a deep frying pan, sauté the onion in a little oil to soften it
    • Add sliced ​​red bell pepper to the onion and simmer briefly
    • Add sliced ​​chili peppers, coriander and oregano and fry briefly to release aroma
    • Cut the leftover meat into smaller pieces
    • When the peppers soften add the sliced ​​meat and ground red paprika
    • Pour in the tomato sauce, adding a little water if necessary to cover the meat
    • Add the washed and drained beans
    • Season to taste
