Instructions
Mix the yeast with a little warm milk and half a teaspoon of sugar and leave it to activate
Put flour, vegeta, egg, potatoes, yeast and milk in a mixing bowl
Knead a soft dough and let it double in volume for about 45 mins
Roll out the dough to 0.5 cm thick and cut it into 8x6 cm squares
Place a few sticks of cheese and ham on each square
Glue the dough so that you get the shape of a roll
Leave the shaped pies to rise for 20 minutes
Fill a deep frying pan with frying oil so that the pies do not touch the bottom when frying
Fry them over medium heat, turning them occasionally, to a golden color
Drain them on a kitchen towel
Serve warm
