Walnuts and hazelnuts brownies

Although I already have my favourite recipe for brownie cake, I had to try out this one with walnuts and hazelnuts… and now I don't know which one I prefer! This one is more airy and less gooey than the previous one, but it's just as chocolatey and irresistible… and nuts and hazelnuts worked great!

Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g demerara sugar
  • 250 g butter
  • 160 g chocolate (with min. 70% cocoa)
  • 120 g flour
  • 200 g ground hazelnuts and or walnuts
  • 50 g chopped ​​hazelnuts or walnuts
Instructions
    • Beat the eggs together with both types of sugar until foamy.
    • Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl set over barely simmering water, cool down for a few minutes.
    • Add the melted chocolate and butter to the whipped eggs and sugar.
    • Stir in the flour with a spatula, gradually.
    • Then mix in the ground walnuts and/or hazelnuts with a spatula.
    • Line a deep baking sheet with baking paper, size 30x35cm.
    • Pour the prepared mixture.
    • Sprinkle roughly chopped hazelnuts or walnuts.
    • Place in the oven at 180°C for about 20-25 min.
    • Enjoy the taste.
