Short Photo Recipe
Yogurt Fritters
Description
Taste nice in winter days with cooked vine. :)
Ingredients
Instructions
-
- In a large bowl sift flour and baking powder, add yogurt, eggs, sugar, vanilla flavor, salt, orange zest and brandy
- Using a climber, make the mixture free of lumps
-
- Heat a large amount of oil in a larger pan (depending on the pan) so that the fritters do not touch the bottom when frying.
- Using two tablespoons or an ice cream scoop, place the walnut-sized dough in the hot oil.
- Fry over low heat, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
- Drain the fried fritters on kitchen paper
The oil temperature should be around 160 * C (tip: immerse the handle of the wooden spoon in the oil and if bubbles start to appear the oil is ready) Dip a tablespoon in hot oil to make the dough separate more easily. If the temperature is too high it will quickly get colored but will stay raw in the middle. -
- Sprinkle warm fritters with powdered sugar
