Yorkshire”s pudding

Ingredients for Yorkshire pudding: for 12 pieces

- Preheat the oven to 190°C
- Prepare a muffin tin (for 12 pieces)
- Pour oil into each mold, about 1 cm high, and place the mold on a baking sheet to prevent oil from spilling over the oven
- Place the mold in the oven to heat the oil well, about 15 mins

- Whisk the eggs until foamy
- Add milk
- Add salt

- Sift flour into eggs and milk
- The mixture should be liquid so that it covers the back of the spoon in a thin layer

- Transfer the mixture to a jug to make it easier to pour into molds
- Distribute the mixture evenly in the molds, the oil should foam when you pour the mixture

- Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown. The dough should be very puffy and create a hole in the middle, and be crispy.

- Serve chilled with cooked smoked meat (pork leg), pickled cabbage and boiled peas
